I never received my sign-in link
Sign-up uses your email address only. You enter it on the create account page and we email you a link to set your password. If that email has gone missing or the link no longer works, ask for a fresh one on the forgotten password page, and check your spam or promotions folder. Once your password is set, you can sign in at any time.
Where is my report?
You type in what your quotes say first and pay once at the end. Your two documents, the Quote Review Report and the one-page Questions for Your Contractor sheet, then appear on your project page, ready to download in both Word and PDF. Documents and the entries behind them are kept for 90 days after delivery and then deleted automatically, so save a copy of anything you want to keep.
A number in my report looks wrong
Every number in the report is either something you typed or arithmetic our software performed on it, so the fix is usually in the entry. Correct the quote on your project and rebuild the report; you can rebuild up to ten times at no extra cost. Enter numbers only, such as 3.5 rather than "3 to 4", and capacity in tons rather than BTU. If a quote does not state something, leave it blank: a missing capacity, efficiency rating, warranty or model number is a finding in its own right, and we never fill one in for you.
Can you tell me which contractor to hire, or what size system I need?
No. The review lines up quotes you supply; it is not a load calculation, not an ACCA Manual J and not an engineering report, and it never recommends a tonnage or a contractor. We never see your house, your ductwork or your panel, so a red flag is a question to ask, not a verdict. Do you work with HVAC contractors?
No. You pay us and nobody else does. We take no commissions, advertising or referral fees from HVAC companies, and we never pass your details or your quotes to one.
